Grapes are picked in bins with a capacity of 3 quintals.
Grapes are destemmed and pressed immediately, followed by static cleaning at low temperatures.
Controlled fermentation takes place at 15°C /16°C for 15 days
Refinement takes place in stainless steel vats.
Young, crystalline, limpid wine with straw-yellow tones. Very fresh on the nose, flowers and white pulp fruit with hints of menthol and aromatic herbs.
Palate with good elegance, which has a clean progression with hints of bitter almond in the finish.
