Grapes are picked and put into crates at the end of September.
Grapes are destemmed and pressed immediately, followed by static cleaning at low temperatures. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15°C - 16°C for 15 days.
Refinement takes place in stainless steel vats.
Pale straw color, young and fresh wine. The scent immediately becomes intense, centered on the fruit and with intense aromas that range between flowers, such as lime and hawthorn, and citrus fruits. Hints of yellow grapefruit, pineapple and mango prevail, followed by green apple and a pleasant note of sage, thyme and broom. Sip that envelops and closes with a savory progression and a persistent and pleasantly aromatic finish. Great to drink, perfect for any moment of the day.
