In the first ten days of October, grapes are hand-picked and put into bins with a capacity of 3 quintals.
Grapes are destemmed and pressed. Controlled fermentation with pumping over for 12/15 days. After, short second fermentation on Amarone grape skins.
The wine rests in 500 lt French and American oak barrels for 24 months. Followed by refinement in the bottle for 8 months
Elegant wine of a ruby red color with light garnet reflections. Strong and varied aromas of red fruits such as cherries in syrup and blueberry jam and spices, with hints of licorice and vanilla. The mouthfeel is very wrapping, with good persistence with lively tannins and a fresh finish.
