Grapes are picked and put into crates in the first ten days of September.
After being left to dry for 30/40 days, the grapes are destemmed and pressed for 12 hours.
Static cleaning and fermentation take place at a controlled temperature of maximum 15°C for 15/20 days in stainless steel vats.

Intense and bright straw yellow when you rotate the glass you can see the body and power of this wine. Fruity aromas tending towards ripeness, yellow peach, hints of quince with typical memories of exotic fruit. Soft, intense and enveloping on the palate with a pleasant acidity on the finish.
Wine that expresses the essence of Garganega over time with excellent aging capabilities.
