The grapes are picked with strict selection and then put into 4 – 5 kg crates.
The grapes are dried in special drying rooms for 90-120 days with natural ventilation, and are destemmed in the month of January. Followed by controlled fermentation at 18/24 ° C for a period that allows to reach the desired sugar level
Refinement takes place in French oak barrels with a capacity of 500 lt for 36 months, followed by 12 months refinement in the bottle.
Intense ruby red with garnet reflections. On the nose, elegant notes of fruit jam, withered red flowers, spices, with hints of tobacco, toast and chocolate. In the mouth it is velvety with an excellent acidity that supports the notable sweetness.
