Garganega grapes are left to rest for 90/120 days.
Grapes are soft pressed in the month of December/January. This is followed by static cleaning at low temperatures, and controlled fermentation at 15/16 ° C for a period that allows the desired sugar level to be reached.
The wine goes directly into French oak barrels with a capacity of 500 litres, where it slowly ages for 36 months.
Very birght golden yellow color. With an aroma of dates and very ripe exotic fruit combined with hints of honey. Sweet and smooth on the palate, with great persistency and final notes of caramel.
