The grapes are picked during the third decade of September and during the first ten days of October and put into bins with a capacity of 3 quintals.
The grapes are destemmed and pressed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature for 10/15 days, with pumping over and delestage of crushed grapes.
Refinement takes place in stainless steel vats.
Clear wine with a ruby red color.
On the nose, cherry and crunchy cherry with berries, notes of rose and violet with a vegetal touch.
It is elegantly fresh and has vibrant tannins with good structure
