Starting from the 2023 harvest, indeed, the Company has acquired the “Organic” certification, continuing a path undertaken some time ago to protect the valleys that extend between Mezzane, Illasi and Valpantena.

Production area: Mezzane di Sotto, Valpantena and Valle d’Illasi
Altitude of vineyards: Over 200 metres above sea level
Grape blends: Corvina and Corvinone 70% – Rondinella 20% – Others 10%
Age of vineyards: More than 10 years
Plant training system: Guyot/Pergola
Yield per hectare: 50 hl/ha
Alc./Vol.: 12 – 13%
Serving temperature: 12°C – 14°C

The grapes are picked during the third decade of September and during the first ten days of October and put into bins with a capacity of 3 quintals.
The grapes are destemmed and pressed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature for 10/15 days, with pumping over and delestage of crushed grapes.
Refinement takes place in stainless steel vats.
Clear wine with a ruby ​​red color. On the nose, cherry and crunchy cherry with berries, notes of rose and violet with a vegetal touch. It is elegantly fresh and has vibrant tannins with good structure
