Clayey-calcareous soils
Altitude of vineyards:  Over 200 meters above sea level
Grape blends:  Garganega 90%, Others 10%
Age of vineyards:  35 years
Plant training system:  Pergola 4500 vine stocks/ha and Guyot 12’500 vine stocks/ha
Yield per hectare:  50 hl/ha
Alc./Vol:  11 – 12% vol.
Serving temperature:  10°C – 12°C.

Grapes are picked and put into bins with a capacity of 3 quintals.
Grapes are destemmed and pressed immediately, followed by static cleaning at low temperatures. Controlled fermentation takes place at 15°/16°C for 15 days. All these steps are done strictly under nitrogen, in the absence of oxygen.
Refinement takes place in stainless steel vats.
Straw yellow color with beautiful golden reflections. On the nose you can perceive notes of chamomile, country meadows surrounded by the scents of newly bloomed wild flowers, a minerality that reflects the territory. In the mouth, elegant and velvety, feminine with a beautiful flavor. Product without added sulphites.
