This Organic Valpolicella DOC is a clear wine with a ruby ​​red color.
On the nose, cherry and crunchy cherry with berries, notes of rose and violet with a vegetal touch.
It is elegantly fresh and has vibrant tannins with good structure

: meatballs with sauce, pasta alla norma, risotto al tastasal (seasoned raw pork mixture)

The grapes are picked during the third decade of September and during the first ten days of October and put into bins with a capacity of 3 quintals.
The grapes are destemmed and pressed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature for 10/15 days, with pumping over and delestage of crushed grapes.
Refinement takes place in stainless steel vats.
